Got a good deal on annual plan

I was looking for a new task manager and decided on Nozbe after comparing a few options. The 20% off for annual billing on Nozbe Solo was a major selling point for me. It felt like a good investment compared to paying monthly. The 30-day free trial was also great, let me test it out thoroughly before committing. So far, it seems worth the money. I'm pretty happy with the features for the price I paid.

Solid tool, could improve search

I've been using Nozbe Premium for a few months now for my personal projects. It's a very robust tool, and the GTD principles are well-integrated. Task management and project creation are straightforward. I especially like the 'Priorities' view. However, I sometimes find the search function a bit clunky; it doesn't always pull up older tasks as easily as I'd like if I don't remember the exact wording. Delivery of updates is seamless, and the web app is reliable. Overall, it's a great service, but a more powerful search would make it even better.

Pretty decent productivity app

I gave Nozbe a shot after hearing about it from a colleague. Signed up for the Nozbe Free plan just to see what it was about. It's pretty intuitive, I got the hang of adding tasks and setting deadlines quickly. Used the desktop app on my Windows machine and it worked fine. It's helped me keep track of some personal to-dos. Nothing super fancy, but it gets the job done for basic stuff.

Good for GTD, minor setup issue

I recently subscribed to Nozbe Solo after looking for a GTD-focused tool for a while. The onboarding process was straightforward, and I found the web app to be quite responsive. I particularly liked the 'Projects' and 'Next Actions' views which align well with the GTD methodology I follow. Setting up integrations with my calendar was easy enough. However, I did run into a small snag when trying to import some tasks from a CSV file; it took a couple of tries to get the formatting just right, which wasn't clearly explained in the help section. Customer support, when I finally contacted them about it, was helpful and responded within a day with clear instructions. The iOS app works smoothly on my iPhone, and syncing between devices has been instant. Overall, a solid tool for personal productivity.

Absolutely love Nozbe!

Nozbe for Teams is amazing! I signed up for the Small Team plan and it has totally changed how we manage projects. Everything is so organized now. The communication features are fantastic, and assigning tasks is a breeze. I'm telling everyone at work they need to try this. We're getting so much more done. Will definitely keep using this and probably upgrade our plan soon!

What's the difference between Nozbe and Nozbe Personal? Kinda confused on which one to go with.

M Mike R. 4 weeks ago
Nozbe Personal is the older version, afaik. Nozbe is the newer one, built for teams and individuals. They keep updating Nozbe but not so much Personal anymore.

Nozbe Personal is more for solo users, the new Nozbe is what they're pushing now, it's more full-featured and built with teams in mind. I'd go with the new Nozbe unless you specifically want the classic feel.

Thinking of switching from Todoist. How easy is it to get my stuff over to Nozbe?

R Rosa 1 month ago
I've seen some talk about importing from Todoist, it's mentioned in their general FAQs. So probably not too hard.

Yeah, I think they have an import tool or something. I remember seeing a question about it on their site. Definitely possible.

Can I get a discount if I'm a student or run a non-profit?

O Omar 4 weeks ago
I've heard they do non-profit discounts. Not sure about students specifically, but usually if they do one, they do the other.

S Sarah 4 weeks ago
Yeah, they have non-profit pricing, I'm pretty sure. Student discount might be a thing too, worth checking their FAQ or asking support directly.

Any deals right now for annual plans? Trying to save some cash.

R Rachel S. 4 weeks ago
You always get 20% off for annual billing, that's their standard deal.

G Gwen Doyle 3 weeks ago
Yeah, the 20% for annual is always there. Keep an eye out around Black Friday or Cyber Monday though, sometimes they do bigger promos then.
